Tweet Last week in Leesburg, the five candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives Second Congressional District GOP primary participated in a forum before a standing room-only crowd pledging smaller government, lower taxes, and less spending. The five agreed to support the primary winner against Rep. Sanford Bishop, D-Albany/Columbus, in the November general election.
