Former auburn university coach pat dye to Talk Football and trees at annual meeting

Cairo, GA (January 2, 2014) – The Cairo-Grady County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Pat Dye, former Auburn University Head Coach and Quail Hollow Gardens owner, will be the featured speaker for its Annual Dinner program.   The 88th Annual Chamber Meeting and Dinner will be held at the Grady Cultural Center on Monday, January 27, 2014.  Doors open at 6 p.m. and dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to have Coach Pat Dye speak at our Annual Meeting and Dinner,” said Chamber Director Chadd Mathis. “This is a great opportunity to meet Coach Dye and learn about his current endeavors.”

In addition to Coach Dye’s address, community awards will be presented for Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Professional of the Year, Teacher of the Year, Community Service and Farm Family of the Year.  Tickets will be on sale through January 22 by calling 229-377-3663 or by email to cairochamber@syrupcity.net.  Tickets are $35 each.
