Armbrister nailed 13 of 15 field-goal attempts while grabbing seven rebounds and handing out six assists. The 6’2” freshman guard from Nassau, Bahamas, averages more than 20 points per game and is ranked No. 10 in the NJCAA in field goals per game.

But the Lady Cavs are not a one-woman show. Sophomores Jasmine Wilson, Iesha Bonner and Kadaysha Jones all scored 14 points apiece as the Lady Cavs notched their 14th win.

Darton will step onto their own court against conference-rival Georgia Highlands College, Saturday, with five straight wins behind them. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. in the Cavalier Arena for what will certainly be Darton’s biggest game so far this season.

Darton’s conference record of 5-3 pushed them to a No. 3 ranking today. Highlands, ranked No. 2 in the GCAA, has a 7-1 conference record and is 14-4 overall.
