Berrien County - Today’s story comes to us from Berrien County. The victim and his family aren’t able to reach out to a teacher about the bullying, because they report that the bully is a teacher.
I would like to see how many children are being bullied by teachers in the area. It is bad enough when they endure bullying from the peers at school, but to have to put up with bullying from teachers is just shameful.
My son attends Berrien High and he has a math teacher that is a bully. My son cries and begs not to go to school because of the math teacher. It took me until last week to drag from him what was going on.
After I sat him down and had him read Dustin’s story then it all started coming out. I have been calling the school and nothing has been done I am at a point now where I am looking into home school, or virtual schooling for him. He is literally sick every morning before he goes to school. He throws up every morning and this is just not healthy.
I am very saddened to think my tax dollars are paying for bullies at the school. My son has been taught to accept every one for who they are, and I have been told by the principals and teachers he does not tolerate others being bullied. He will stand up for them, so it makes me angry that the administrators are allowing teachers to bully.
