“The Organ Grincer’s Monkey” is a true account of working for the richest family in the world…the royc al family of Brunei as lived and told by Robert Rangel.

Rangel was a deputy sheriff in Los Angeles which he left in order to work for the first family of Brunei. He had absolutely no idea of the changes and problems he would encounter.

The Rangel’s book, we meet the individual members of the extended family and learn most of the quirks each seemed to have.

Rangel saysw of the book that is “one man’s twelve year struggle to accomplish impossible tasks”. And impossible were many of the tasks he was asked to complete.

Among other things, the reader will learn this family travels the world with an entourage of 150 people. The assistants all have assistants!
