Anderson, Johnson named to All-SIAC Women’s Volleyball team

ATLANTA, GEORGIA- Senior Albany State women’s volleyball players Jillian Anderson and Ashley Johnson have been named to the 2013 SIAC Women’s Volleyball All-Conference team. Anderson is a first team member, while Johnson was named to the second team.

Anderson, a 5’9 middle hitter from Athens, Georgia, recorded 199 kills and 54 blocks during the regular season. She also added 20 digs.

Johnson, a 5’6 outside hitter from Tallahassee, Florida, had 199 kills, 153 digs and 28 blocks this year. She also had 14 services aces and 12 assists.
Both Anderson and Johnson were preseason All-SIAC Selections.
