ALBANY – Marlene Joiner, a Business Administration major from Darton State College was a chosen recipient of one of the four, $1,000 unrestricted educational scholarships presented by the Georgia Commission on Women/Georgia Women’s Institute at the 2013 Georgia Woman of the Year event in August.
