Albany Crime Stoppers. Albany Crime Stoppers is a local non-profit community action program that operates on the information given by anonymous citizens. The goal of the program is to collect tips that will result in solving crimes and assist in arrests. Location: Albany Police Department Community Room, 201 W. Tuesday, August 20th & Wednesday, August 21st – 8am
Food Safety-Restaurant Manager Training. Time 8 am – 4:30 pm. Location: The Candy Room, 125 Pine Ave 229.436.7216. http://www.caes.uga.edu/extension/Dougherty/ You can improve your food safety and sanitation skills through a nationally recognized food safety sanitation course. The class is 12 hours by a Certified ServSafe Trainer of UGA Family and Consumer Sciences, Suzanne Williams. Course fee $140.00

Albany Civil Rights Institute Community Night with Pastor Grady Caldwell II. Location: Albany Civil Rights Institute, 326 Whitney Ave 229.432.1698 “To Dance with the Devil’s Daughter” is a must read for all men who desire to be courageous men.
