Mrs. Norma Lee Coppage Calhoun, 71 of Lake Point Dr. in Ft. Gaines, GA former resident of Albany died June 6, 2013 at her residence.

Funeral services will be Wednesday 11 AM at Kimbrell-Stern. Rev. Phillip Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of Lowndes Co. GA, Mrs. Calhoun is a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Clay Co. and a former member of First Baptist Church of Albany and a member of the Albany Junior Women’s Club. Mrs. Calhoun will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Calhoun was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ruby Coppage and her brother, Marion Jerome Coppage.

Survivors include her husband Al Calhoun of Ft. Gaines, son, Eric Calhoun of Albany, daughter, Andrea Calhoun Davenport and her husband Joey of Lee County, five grandchildren, Eric Calhoun, Jr. and his wife Brittany, Laura Lee Fields, Katie Olivia Calhoun, Ivey Davenport Clifton and her husband T.C., and Jamie Nicole Davenport, two sisters, Doris Jeanette Woodard of Mansfield, TX and Catherine Lee Taylor and her husband Sammy of Doerun.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kimbrell-Stern and will be at the residence of Andrea and Joey Davenport, 133 Colee Ct., Leesburg, GA 31763.
