Vivian Chatman Royal, 89 of Albany died May 15, 2013 at Palmyra Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be Friday 11 AM at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Doug Haught, minister officiating.

A native of Albany, Mrs. Royal was a longtime resident on Jones Ave. She was retired form Coats & Clark and was a member of Beattie Road Church of Christ.

Mrs. Royal was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Lee Chatman and Alta Johnson Chatman, husband, Lamar Royal, son, Rex L. Royal and a sister, Virginia C. Vinson.

Survivors include her Son, Robert S. Royal and his wife Ruth of Albany, three grandsons, Vac Royal, Scott Royal, and Jason Royal, Numerous great-grandchildren and her niece, Jackie Vinson Johnson (daughter of her late sister Virginia Vinson) of Warner Robins.

The family will receive friends Thursday (TODAY) from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kimbrell-Stern.
