In the Kitchen With Elaine: Another Hearty Soup!

Even though the last couple of days have felt like spring It IS still winter and more cold weather is on the way south! So here is another hearty soup to get you through those old days ahead!

Taco Soup

2 pounds of ground beef
3 cans Mexican tomatoes (Rotel)
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 package Hidden Valley dry dip mix
1 package taco seasoning
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 can chilies, chopped

Brown ground beef and drain. Add all other ingredients to beef and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve with taco chips or a hard crusty bread.
