School Board member, Carol Tharin, is pictured with several Westover High School FBLA members after being a guest speaker for a business class on January 26. Members learned about the importance of having good financial habits. Mrs. Tharin also shared her experiences as a small business owner and some of reasons that planning is essential when starting a small business.
