Kay Hind was honored on November 19 as the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County’s “Kiwanian of the Year.” Hind, who is executive director of the Sowega Council on Aging, is a longtime Kiwanian and Albany resident. She accepted the award badge from Ken Rodd (left), a DoCo club Kiwanian who this year is serving as Georgia Kiwanis District Division 5 lieutenant governor.
