Tommy Padgett (right) was among five honorees in the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County who received “Outstanding Kiwanian” recognition for the 2011-12 year on October 1 at the club’s weekly meeting. Also recognized were Mike Bertram, Todd Butler, Kristin Caso, Tommy Gay, and Ben Lockett. Outgoing Division 3 Lt. Gov. Gene Goldsmith (left) presented the certificates. The awards were in honor of service in Kiwanis at the club, division, and/or district (state) levels.
