John House receives key endorsement as momentum builds for his campaign as election day approaches

By   /   October 26, 2012  /   Comments

With only two weeks left until the election, momentum is clearly building behind John House, the candidate challenging 20-year incumbent Sanford Bishop. At this ‘eleventh hour,’ John House received a key endorsement from a would-be peer in Congress.

Senator Saxby Chambliss (GA-R) made the following statement directly to the campaign: “I am pleased to support John House as the Republican Candidate for Congress. He has a distinguised service in the Army and work in the private sector and I know he will bring his important experience to Washington.”

When asked about the endorsement, an elated John House replied, “I am excited by the endorsement of Senator Chambliss. I entered this race because Washington is broken and I feel that I can be a part of the solution. As I have campaigned throughout the second district I have been encouraged by the support of the residents, many of whom, had given up hope of receiving anything from their current Representative. Receiving the support of Senator Chamblis is extremely important to my candidacy because Senator Chambliss has had the opportunity to observe my opponent and has decided that after 20 years of being in Washington that he is not what our district, state and nation needs. This is a great day for the people of the second district.”
