The 2012 Dougherty County School Board candidates will face off in a community issues forum on Thursday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. in the Albany State University ACAD Auditorium, located on the campus.

School BoardAt-Large candidates Dr. Lane Price and Write-in candidate Rev. Lorenzo Heard will outline their platforms and discuss Dougherty County School System issues and the Tuesday, Nov 6 general election.

Representatives from the charter school amendment are expected to attend the forum.

The event is hosted by the ASU Student Government Association and the ASU iVOTE2012 committee.
