APD seeks suspects in Benchwarmer shooting

Albany, GA – The Albany Police Department needs your help to find the suspects in a shocking crime that took place last night.  Reportedly, two men entered the Benchwarmer bar last night and robbed it, shooting at a woman singing Karaoke in the process.

Police are describing the first man as a black male carrying a black semi-auto handgun, face partially covered with a black shirt or scarf, between 5’2″ and 5’4″ in height, weighting approximately 140 lbs., with a slender built, and wearing a white t-shirt with dark colored jeans.

The second suspect is described as a black male carrying a black semi-auto handgun, face partially covered with a black shirt or scarf, between 6′and 6’3″ tall, weighting between 140 to 150 lbs., slender to medium built, and wearing a white shirt with dark colored jeans.

An individual initially thought to have been a lookout for the crime has since been ruled out by police, leaving just two suspects at this time.
