Albany ARC Consumers “doing lunch” at Longhorn’s!

As October’s Disability Awareness Month Campaign comes to close, 8 consumers from the Albany ARC Adult Day Independent Living Program are being treated to a luncheon by Longhorn’s Steakhouse in Albany, GA. The eight consumers will be accompanied by two Albany ARC Direct Cares Staff members.

The luncheon is scheduled for 11:00 on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Longhorn’s on Dawson Road.

The luncheon is a gift from Longhorn’s, and the manager, Lisa Alfred (229-889-1866).

About the Albany ARC Adult Day Independent Living Program – The Albany ARC Adult Day Independent Living Program is designed to meet the needs of adults with developmental disabilities.
Our program offers services to adult individuals who are in need of day services. This program offers instruction in self-help skills, daily living skills, socialization, safety, exercise and functional skills for daily living. leisure activities, companionship, and socialization through community integration are available.
