Deftwerk Collective will begin work on the visual layer of a mural recently commissioned by ADICA and Downtown Albany to be painted on the rear façade of the Artpark on Pine. The mural will be an artist’s rendition of the Broad Ave Bridge designed by Cameron Malphrus.

Work is scheduled to begin on site Monday, September 17, 2012 at noon. Lead artists on this project are Cameron Malphrus and Kris Letlow with help from members of the D’town Arts Coalition and the Georgia Artists Guild of Albany. The most direct access to the site is to drive towards the Bridge on Broad Ave and turn left into the interior parking lot for the 100 Block of Pine and Broad Ave.
