Some of the world’s finest golfers will ‘tee off’ to help raise funds for the Albany State University football program on Friday, June 1.  The 10th Annual Golden Rams Golf Outing will be held at the Flint River Golf Course in Albany, Ga. Tee time for the two-person scramble is 8 a.m.

The golf outing is held annually to benefit the ASU football program, according to head football coach Mike White.

“We invite all golfers to come out and help support the Golden Rams football program,” said White, who will kick off his 13th season at the helm of the program. “All proceeds will go to help us recruit top-notch student-athletes so we can continue our tradition of winning on the field and in the classroom.”

The entry fee is $100 per team and can be paid during registration, which starts at 7 a.m. The fee includes green fees, cart and lunch. Hole sponsorships are $250 per hole.

For more information about the golf outing, call Coach White at 229-430-1772, Coach Anthony Kelly at 229-869-0279 or Coach Dan Land at 229-344-3991.
