Celebration for Children’s Miracle Network

ALBANY, Ga. – Since beginning its National Pancake Day celebration in 2006, International House of Pancakes (IHOP) has raised almost $8 million to support charities in the communities in which it operates.

On Tuesday, Feb. 28, guests from around the country are invited to celebrate National Pancake Day at IHOP and enjoy a free stack of buttermilk pancakes. In return for free pancakes, guests in Albany and throughout the region are asked to consider donating to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to support children’s services at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

“This is a great opportunity to enjoy a family meal, while at the same time helping local children get the healthcare services they desperately need,” said Amanda Williams, Children’s Miracle Network coordinator.

One hundred percent of all funds raised during the all-day event at the Albany IHOP, located at 125 Cartmell Drive, next to Wal-Mart in Lee County, will stay locally to treat children in our region.
