Faith Community Outreach Center, Inc.’s mission is to recognize the multiple dynamic needs of homeless and abused women and children.  The foremost need they have is to provide a safe haven for homeless and abused women and children, recognize the social-structural dynamics that are productive of abuse and homelessness, address the personal dynamics of shelter residents that mitigate against their finding permanent housing, train and educate shelter residents in identified areas so that they may find and live successfully in permanent housing.

They are excited to announce our new location, 106 N. Monroe St., Albany, GA 31701. Our alternate mailing address is P.O.
