Mike Bertram was honored by the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County on October 31 for his service as the club’s president for the 2010-11 year. Bertram (left) accepted an award statuette from 2011-12 president Todd Butler. The new club year began October 1; Bertram’s title for the new year is immediate past president.
