Special to the Journal

Jennifer Varnadoe has portrayed Patsy Cline in Theatre Albany’s productions of “Always…Patsy Cline” and “A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline.” Now she brings her talents once again to the Theatre Albany stage paying tribute to the legendary country singer. Along with Varnadoe will be a special appearance by Phil Arnold, Sandy Hardy Meadows, Casey Perkins, and Lindsey Sanders, the cast of “The All Night Strut!”  The production recently won Best Play at the Georgia Theatre Conference and will represent Georgia at the Southeastern Theatre Conference Convention in Chattanooga, TN in March. Proceeds from the performances will benefit Theatre Albany’s trip to convention.

Performances are 8 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday.  For tickets and other information call the theatre’s box office at 229-439-7141.
