This picture from the Facebook group Vintage Albany, Georgia is of the old water plant on Roosevelt Avenue. Notice a man standing on top of the water tower. There were numerous train tracks that ran down the street, which at time this photo was taken, was called North Street. Now a single track runs down the center of the road.
