The Incredible Edible Egg. Learn about eggs and take some of the mystery out of cooking with them by attending our hands-on workshop. Eggs are an important part of a lot of exotic dishes such as flans, custards, meringues and soufflés. Eggs take center stage in all courses from salads and entrees, to desserts. EARTHEART – art exhibit opening reception. EARTHHEART is the artistic retrospective of Kenneth Bridger, Albany Georgia native. He has won international awards for his designs and recently was named best in show in the 12th Annual Southwest Georgia Art Exhibition by the Albany Area Arts Council. EARTHEART is a collection of artistic works inspired by Kenneth encounters with indigenous tribes and cultures from around the world. The gallery located in the Carnegie Library, 215 N.
