Outgoing president, Chuck Owens, presents Jim Brackin the Albany Kiwanis “Kiwanian of the Year Award” for 2011. This award goes to an outstanding Kiwanian who has demonstrated outstanding service to the club and to the community.
The presentation is made at the Annual Installation of Board and Officers in the presence of the full membership, their families as well as the Lt. Governor of District 3.
