Gene Kirk (left in top photo) and George Houston were among the hundreds of Albany-area residents who partied for a good cause Thursday at Cancer Ties, a fund-raiser to benefit cancer survivor Haley Tennyson. The increasingly popular annual event, held at Doublegate Country Club, featured a silent auction and music by the Kinchafoonee Cowboys, Dr. Jose Tongol and JT YoYos, and Highway 55.
