WHAT:  It’s that time of the year again for the Lee County Chamber of Commerce to honor the best in Lee County as it hosts its twenty-third annual banquet. The speaker will be Jackie Gingrich Cushman, author, columnist, speaker and daughter of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

‘100 YEARS OF BROADWAY’ RETURNS

WHAT: The finale event celebrating Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital’s Centennial Anniversary celebration. Neil Berg’s “100 Years of Broadway,” will be back with new Broadway hits. Tickets will include a pre-show time for hors d’oeuvres and drinks “under the tent” followed by the 7 p.m. performance. Immediately after the performance, the community is also invited to dessert at the tent, where they can meet and greet the performers. Dress is coat and tie. Tickets may be purchased at the Albany Civic Center Box Office.
