Wine Down Wednesdays!  Location: Chill Bar & Lounge every Wednesday. Mix. Mingle. Sip. Unwind. Hangout with friends, listening to music & mingle with other professionals. Sponsored by Downtown Merchants, Global Essence, and Living Legends Salon.

Thursday, July 28th – 6:30pm

Twilight Paddle — 6:30 pm (trip lasts approximately 45 minutes)

Enjoy a leisurely canoe trip on a pretty section of the river from the Georgia Power dam to downtown Albany followed by hors d’oeuvres at the Flint RiverQuarium. Space is limited and reservations are recommended. Participants meet at the Flint RiverQuarium. Minimum age is 21. Friday, July 29th – 8pm

Nights@dtown -”DECK OF ARTS” – ON TOP OF THE PARKING DECK!

Nights@dtown will be held July 29th on top of the parking Deck on the corner of Broad and Jackson. This event is 21 and up ONLY. Nights@dtown is a regularly held event held the last Friday of every month. Live Music, Live Art, Food, and Drinks.

Musicians Performing Live: Phillip Phillips Band, Travis Goodson, & The Good Doctors.

Artist Performing Live: Durrell Smith – Visual Artist, Cameron Malphus – Visual Graffitti Artist, Robert Mitchell-Artist, Vicki Churchman- Artist, Mr. Duncan – Artist, Anthony Brown-Visual Artist.

Performing Artists: Bany Boys Skate Crew, Flava n Motion, Tannur Ali – Spoken Word

The Downtown Albany Market. Open every Saturday through November 12 from 8AM-1PM at the parking deck on the corner of Jackson St. and Broad Ave.

BACK TO SCHOOL KICK-OFF! Movies in the Park – Megamind. Bring your own blankets and chairs. Movie starts at dusk.
