Junior Ranger Day Camp at GEORGE T. BAGBY STATE PARK

GEORGE T. BAGBY STATE PARK AND LODGE is offering the Department of Natural Resource’s Junior Ranger Program this summer. Junior Rangers will begin on Monday, July 11 and run through Friday, July 15. This is a full day camp that runs from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. Children ages 6-12 participating in this camp will have the opportunity to learn about the environment, conservation, outdoor safety and wildlife, as well as participating in other scheduled events.

There is a $50.00 fee for applicants with a limit of the first fifteen applicants for each program. Space is limited. To reserve a slot for your child, call the park office at 229-768-2571 or pick up an application. The lodge is located at 330 Bagby Parkway, 3.5 miles north of Fort Gaines off GA-Hwy 39.
