The Southwest Georgia Home School Key Club continues to prove itself a valuable asset in support of community activities. At a recent meeting, the club members pictured helped the City of Albany Recreation and Parks Department with preparations for the upcoming “Easter Eggstravaganza” slated for Tift Park. The club will also be on hand that day to help with the festivities. “These kids know how to have fun stuffing the candy into over 3,000 plastic eggs ‘Easter Eggstravaganza.’ Those kids can work hard and have lots of fun!” said ARPD events planner Kristin Caso. The SGHS Key Club is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County.
