Oh, my! He/she walked a mile — in heels!

By   /   April 16, 2011  /   Comments

Imagine being a man and wearing high heels — and loving it! That’s what happened Saturday at Deerfield-Windsor School during the Lily Pad Center’s “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” — an international men’s march to stop rape, sexual assault and gender violence. More than $28,000 was raised by about 100 men who participated in the second annual event. Prizes went to Brian Bradshaw (race winner); Pete Donaldson (prettiest legs); Col. Ben Braden and Bob Roseen (pictured — most creative); Metropower (most money raised by a team); and Lane Rosen (most money raised by an individual).
