Kiwanis One Day Project

By   /   April 19, 2011  /   Comments

The spirit of partnership in community service was evident recently as two Albany Kiwanis clubs joined for completion of a service project. Members of the Albany Golden K Kiwanis Club and the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County spent a Saturday working together on a “Kiwanis One Day” event, landscaping a site adjacent to the entrance of Magnolia Elementary School. Kiwanis One Day is designed to emphasize cooperation between various facets of the total Kiwanis organization to improve service and quality of life in their communities.
