Seven ladies from the Pine Forest Racquet Club will depart Wednesday, March 2 for Mobile, Ala., where they will participate in the Southern Combo Sectional Tournament. Representing the Albany area will be Mona Woodward, Donna Friedlander, Sandra Creech, Martha Williams, Lynn Mashburn and Beverly Shippey. Mobile will host 1,700 players at various locations over three days. The Southern section consists of teams who represent their state in particular brackets. In addition to Georgia, other state participants are North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana.
