Albany State University Golden Rams football fans can a sneak peak at the 2010 SBN Black College National Champions during the Third Annual Blue and Gold Scrimmage on Friday, April 1. The SIAC championship team will be in action at the Albany State University Coliseum at 6 p.m. The scrimmage game is sponsored by the 100 Black Men of Albany.

SIAC Coach of the Year Mike White and the Golden Rams will give fans a taste of the 2011 football season in the spring game, ASU athletic administrators say.
“Our fans are excited about the upcoming season and the spring game will give them an opportunity see what’s in store for the 2011 season,” said Interim Athletics Director Richard H. Williams. “We are anticipating another great season and another shot at the SIAC title and, ultimately, the national championship.”
The 100 Black Men of Albany will have free T-Shirts for fans who arrive early for the game, Williams said.
Tickets for the spring game are $10 each and will be on sale at the gate on game day. For more information about the game, call the Athletics Department at 430-4754 or 430-4673.
