The Albany Police Department’s Investigations Bureau would like to solicit the public’s assistance with locating the following person:

Noel Thomas, age 52, stole the business license of Litman Flowers & Gifts and presented himself as the owner. He then opened a business checking account and wrote several checks in Albany.

Thomas is 5’8 and weighs approximately 180 pounds. His last known address is 178 Cobblefield Drive, Albany, Georgia

Anyone who has information regarding this incident should call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS or they can contact the Financial Crimes Unit at (229) 431-3288.
