Its not the big hospital, its not Joel,it is all the Doctors and Nurses that make the Hospital.I have had my time there going through cancer, but let me tell you,it was the Doctors,Dr. Jani,Dr.Aderhold, and Mendenhall, and there staff, that took care of me.Now i was in there 3 days,my Doctors and there staff treated me great. But my bed did not get changed when i was in there the whole time.I cried so bad one night becuase i had called the nurses station 3 times for pain meds.It took one of them comming in to take my blood pressure to see me crying and then ask why.I told them i had called 3 times,to no avail.I have heard, and i dont know if it is true, but i do know i had a good doctor who left the hospital, and was not allowed to work within so many miles of the hospital with a heart. His Wife went also and they were both great Doctors.I just wish we had a way to keep both hospitals.but who am i?I think this will end up hurting Albany more than people think. But we will see.As long as my Doctor dont leave,i dont care.He goes,i guess i ll have to also.It is not always bigger is better.Just remeber that.
