The Albany Area Chapter of the IAAP held a drawing for a 48-quart cooler stuffed with various household products. The winner of this raffle was Yvette Fields, a mother of three children and a grandmother. Fields worked her way up as a city of Albany  employee starting in 1987 at a clerk-typist. She holds an economics degree from the University of Colorado and is deputy director of central services.
