Sunday, Oct. 24

New Bethel Baptist Church, 5547 W. Lee St. in Dawson, is conducting revival services at 7 nightly featuring a variety of singers and various preachers. Homecoming is at 10:30 a.m. with Jeff Henry bringing the music and Rev. Danny Craft bringing the message. Lunch will then be served.

Thursday, Oct. 21

Mallary Baptist Association’s 127th annual meeting will be he held at 6 p.m. at Lakeside Baptist Church, 2806 N. Jefferson St. Fred Luter, pastor of Franklin Avenue Baptist Church in New Orleans, will speak. The fellowship meal costs $5. RSVP to 432-6191.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Lakeshore Baptist Church will present the drama “Judgment House” about the reality of life after death at 6:30 nightly.

Friday, Oct. 22

Living Waters Quartet will perform at 7 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 510 E. Oakridge Drive. Info: 535-0398.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church, 2200 Dawson Road, will hold a Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Kinchafoonee Baptist Church on West Century Road in Leesburg will have a fall festival featuring singing with Dayspring and a silent auction from 2 to 5 p.m. For tickets and barbecue plates, call 759-7053 or 432-5180.

East Albany Baptist Church on Leesburg Road (just north of the railroad tracks) will host a fall festival from 2 to 6 p.m. On tap are games, a spook trail, hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn and more. Admission is free.

Sunday, Oct. 24

Jordan Grove Missionary Baptist Church on Oakland Road in Lee County will conduct its Deacons and Deaconesses Anniversary Service at 11 a.m. followed by Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. Rev. Nathaniel Payne will deliver the service; the male choir will perform. Info: 436-2901.

Friday, Oct. 29

Cross Cultural Musique in downtown Leesburg at the Lee County Jamboree will feature the Thompson Brothers — Dennis and Joey Thompson. The music begins at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 30

Albany Baptist Church at 3521 Sylvester Road will host a harvest festival from 2 to 6 p.m. featuring hay rides, games, a dunking booth, pie eating costs and more.

Saturday, Nov. 6

Life Christian Center, 1211 Stuart Ave., will host a Christian concert featuring Chosen with special guests Sumerlin and The Savvy. Doors open at 6 p.m.; the show starts at 7. Admission is $10; attendees get a free CD.

Philema Road Baptist Church will host “Sing, Sing, Sing” featuring Anthony Johnson and Friends, Cody Brown and Bobby Wright at 6 p.m. Admission is free; a love offering will be taken.

Sunday, Nov. 7-

Friday, Nov. 12

Albany Baptist Church will host revival services with evangelist Randy Sutherland at 7 nightly.

Monday, Nov. 8

Albany Baptist Church will host the North Georgia/South Georgia Pastor Fellowship at 2 p.m. Supper will be served at 5:30 p.m.; revival services are at 7. All pastors are invited.
