The Albany Police Department’s Investigations Division would like to solicit the public’s assistance with locating the following person:
Charlie Lee Paul, age 33, is wanted for questioning in an Aggravated Assault/Terroristic Threats and Acts incident which occurred on September 3, 2010 in the 1300 block of Newton Road at approximately 1:06 p.m.
The victim and witnesses reported that they were traveling in the 1400 block of West Lincoln Avenue when they observed a light brown, 1980 Lincoln WTD following them. The suspect made several attempts to stop them but the driver continued driving. At some point, they stopped in a parking lot located in the 1300 block of Newton Road. The individual pulled up beside them, pointed a handgun at the victim and threatened him.
Paul is about 5’7, weighs approximately 180 pounds, and is known to reside in the Albany area.

Maybe the police would not need our help if they got out and done their jobs. Most of the time you can find them sitting in the parking lot of the empty MacGregor building in the mornings accross from the airport – Newton road.
