The Albany Police Department’s Investigations Division is soliciting the public’s assistance with locating 21-year-old Jonterria Marquaski Seay, who is the suspect in a gun incident with seven victims, including children ages 1, 2, 9 and 13.
Police spokesperson Phyllis Banks says that officers responded to the 1400 block of East Second Avenue about 12:50 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, after a man allegedly entered a home and pointed a gun at several people, and then discharging a bullet into the scene. The man then fled, according to the victims.
Seay is black, about 5 foot, 8 inches and weighs about 160 pounds. Police ask that informants call them at 431-3288 or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 436-TIPS.
