So, Sanford Bishop urges tax cuts. Really? Why now?
He has had 22 months of his current term to legislate in a fiscally responsible manner. Until now he has voted right along with the biggest spending Congress in history. 97 percent of his votes have mirrored the desires of Nancy Pelosi, ignoring the wishes and the best interests of the people of southwest Georgia, and digging our country further into debt.
He has been consistently voting to raise taxes and now he wants to lower them. The people of Southwest Georgia shouldn’t give him the opportunity to be investigated for ethics charges. November 2nd needs to mark the beginning of hope for real change.
