I was glad to learn someone else was interested in curbside recycling. My husband and I have recycled newspapers, magazines, plastic, etc. for years. We are now at the age and condition that it is an effort to continue this practice. Petitions could be placed at various places for signatures of those in favor.
Who knows, it could increase recycling.
