Bishop Dr. Gwendolyn T. Hope, Senior Pastor Retha Daniels and Center of Refuge Ministries Women’s Department, is inviting the community to the Women in White 2010 Celebration at 3 p.m. at Center of Refuge Church, 2405 Lily Pond Road.  The theme is “Predestined with Purpose, Justified with Power and Glorified with Promises!” (Romans 8:28-31).
