Dougherty County Commission Chairman Jeff Sinyard (right) was only needling his protege/predecessor, Lamar Reese, when Sinyard blamed his political adventure on Reese. The two shared this laugh Wednesday at the Albany-Dougherty Government Center after Sinyard announcced that he would seek a third term.
