Albany, GA – Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-2) gave the commencement address for Albany Technical College on the evening of Friday, April 30, 2010, at the HPER Gym at Albany State University.

Giving the charge to the Class of 2010, Congressman Bishop said, “A wise man once said, “I have learned to use the word ‘impossible’ with the greatest of care.” Your presence here today brings truth to these words. I am sure you all have felt discouraged at one point or another, and still you pushed through. Always remember that nothing is impossible, and you can do anything you put your mind to – your years at Albany Tech have given you the tools to succeed, and you will.”
