A PROMISE TO SERVE
Albany city commissioners Bob Langstaff, Dorothy Hubbard and Christopher Pike are sworn into office Monday by Dougherty County Probate Judge Nancy Stephenson. Langstaff of Ward 4 and Hubbard of Ward 2 are serving their third terms. Pike replaces Morris Gurr, who served one term as he Ward 3 representative.
