Center of Refuge’s annual Youth Conference, “There is a King in You!” will be held

at 7 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday at the church at 2405 Lily Pond Road. Guest speakers are (Friday) Pastor Antonio Cooper, youth pastor of Victory Tabernacle Assembly of God Church in Albany, and (Saturday) Pastor T.C. Cooley, youth pastor of Life Christian Center International in Albany. Also featuring special guest youth dancers, choirs, praise and worship teams, and steppers. Transportation is available. Saturday, Oct. 31

Smithville Baptist Church will host Family Fun Day at 7 p.m. after the Chicken Pie Festival. There will be games, candy, food and live music – all at no cost.

Sunday, Nov. 8

Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 325 Whitney Ave., will host Men’s Day at its 11:15 a.m. service. The theme is “Christian men at work on the walls (Nehemiah 4:6, 5:3). Info: 894-5239.

Saturday, Nov. 14
