The South Georgia Quartet will perform at 7 p.m. at Baconton United Methodist Church. Refreshments will be served and a love offering will be taken.

Come see what Sherwood Baptist Church has to offer for your children. Preview in the Park will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Prizes valued at $8,000 will be given away, including partial SCA scholarships, Braves tickets, Upward Sports free passes, and Student Ministry free event passes. Info: 883-1910.

Aug. 23

Dayspring will perform at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Acree, 4405 Sylvester Road. Admission is free; a love offering will be received.

Aug. 28

Gold City, Mandy Harrell and The Harper Trio will perform at Liberty Baptist Church at 7 p.m. Tickets (children under 10 get in free) are available at Medicine Man Corner, 2416 Dawson Road; Family Christian Store, 1422 W. Broad Ave.; Lifeway Christian Store, 1218 N. Westover Blvd.; Elements Coffee Co., 2726 Ledo Road; and R&S Sports, 3212 Gillionville Road. Aug. 30

Jennifer Thigpen, a former member of TRUTH AND Women in worship, will worship with Sherwood Baptist Church at the 9:30 a.m. service.

Sept. 4-6

Motorcycle ministries from all over the Southeast will be sponsoring the seventh annual “Colors for the Cross” Christian motorcycle rally at the Dothan (Ala.) Peanut Fairgrounds.
